Mann - Mary Allen

Mrs. Mary E. Mann, widow of Thomas C. Mann, died October 19, at her home, 1252 Granville Avenue, Chicago, of pneumonia. She was born in Waveland, May 21, 1842, and was the daughter of Wm. Y. Allen. Funeral services October 21, and interment at Graceland Cemetery. Surviving her are five children: Mrs. Charles Scott, of Marshall, Ill., William D., David R., Charles and Miss Elizabeth Mann, of Chicago. Mr. and Mrs. Mann lived for a number of years on a farm west of town, afterwards owned by D.G. Demaree, and now belonging to W.P. Waltz. - kbz
